Terms and Conditions
Orders
Minimum order 20 cards.
Please allow 7 business days where possible to allow for your order to be made and delivered. If your cards are needed short notice, or for a particular date, please specify or e-mail first.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 7 days of receiving payment.
Prices
All prices are shown in our Product Price Pack.
Minimum cards 20, minimum price $20 plus postage.
Payment
We accept a number of payment options such as Paypal, Credit Card payment by Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard. For Australian customers, goods will be released upon receipt of cleared funds. No credit card details are ever stored in Banana Leaf Cards database.
Privacy Policy
Our Internet site is meant to be a service to you. In order to provide you with the best products, information and customer service we record a variety of data from your visit to our site. Information indicating which site pages you viewed, the address of the site you came from before visiting our site, and any search terms you used to find our site. This information is used only to improve our web site and our service to you.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information on this site. We also record your email address if you chose to communicate with us via email. And, should we offer an online survey, we will record any information you provide us in that survey. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending us a message via email or postal mail or by calling us.
We will not share any of your information with any third party. Your privacy and security is our priority and we'd like you to be happy with the services we provide.
Banana Leaf Cards disclaims any liability for any damage resulting from the use of it's website.
Shipping Policy
All shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your order at time of order placement, refer to as Australia Post shipping costs.
All shipments are made via Australia Post or other couriers by request and at your cost. All risk of the delivery will be passed to the customer once the items have been provided to Australia Post or other courier.
Freight Charges
We charge standard Australia Post charges on all parcels. International customers, if your order is over $20 we will on receipt of your order email you and inform you of the freight charges (as your freight charge will be based on weight and destination - anywhere in the world). Your order will not be dispatched until we receive a return email confirming you have been informed of the freight charge and would like to proceed with the order.
Refund Policy
Banana Leaf Cards will happily replace any damaged or faulty item at our cost within 14 days of receipt. A replacement item will be shipped once the original item is returned to us. Please contact us to make relevant arrangements.
Resellers Policy
Please send an email to sales@bananaleafcards.com.au and state: Your business name, Website details, Contact information, phone numbers, email address and proposal.
Copyright
Reproductions should not be shown on any other website (including E-bay), whether for sale or not without prior written consent from Banana Leaf Cards. If you wish to illustrte Banana Leaf Cards designs on an online card gallery or shopping site, you must acknowledge Banana Leaf Cards with the image or you will be asked to remove it.
You should not claim that any of our cards are your own design or enter them into competitions or online card galleries as such.
Our cards, products & card ideas must not be reproduced on any other website (including E-bay) without our written consent.
